WJ33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the WJ33 online platform, accessible via the website wj33.bet and all associated sub-domains. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the operating company WJ33.

By taking any of the following actions — registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature on the WJ33 platform — you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms in this document, together with WJ33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms may be amended from time to time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the WJ33 platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the WJ33 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the WJ33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. WJ33 strictly prohibits participation by underage individuals.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident legally domiciled in Malaysia.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to any insolvency proceedings.
• There are no legal restrictions preventing you from participating in online betting activities under the laws applicable to you.
• Registering for personal use only — not on behalf of a third party or as an agent for another person.

WJ33 reserves the right to verify a member's eligibility at any time and may request supporting documents including an identity card, utility bill, or any other documentation deemed necessary. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) WJ33 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. WJ33 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and any additional accounts found will be terminated immediately.

As a WJ33 member, you are solely responsible for:

• Keep your WJ33 account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other party has access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.
• Report to WJ33 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• All betting activity conducted through your account, even without your knowledge.

WJ33 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat under any circumstances. If you receive any such request, please report it to the WJ33 security team immediately.

All financial transactions on the WJ33 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). WJ33 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

Members must use only payment methods registered in their own name. WJ33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any attempt to deposit via another person's account will be blocked and the funds returned after verification.

WJ33 members may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal.
• No active bets remain unresolved at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met in full.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.

WJ33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or are deemed unusual. In such cases, processing may take longer — typically no more than 24 working hours.

For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 within a 30-day period, WJ33 may require additional documentation as part of its mandatory anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

WJ33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions such as those for Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the Malaysian sports season. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

• Each bonus carries a specific rollover (turnover) requirement — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus value.
• The timeframe for fulfilling the rollover is stated in the respective promotion terms — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Different games may contribute at different rates towards meeting the rollover requirements.
• WJ33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion with prior notice.

All bets placed on the WJ33 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets can only be placed when there are sufficient funds in your WJ33 account.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated in the respective game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during a bet, WJ33 reserves the right to confirm or void the bet based on system records.
• Odds for football, e-sports, and other sporting events are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• For football matches (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, etc.) that are postponed or cancelled, the specific match rules stated in the WJ33 Sports Betting section will apply.
• WJ33 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or system abuse.

WJ33 actively monitors all account activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination along with forfeiture of all balances:

• Owning or using more than one WJ33 account.
• Use of automated software (bots), macros, or other tools to automate betting.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or platform inconsistencies on WJ33 for personal gain.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system, including placing opposing bets (hedging) to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.
• Money laundering or any activity involving illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's information to register or carry out transactions.

WJ33 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its members in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. Personal information collected during registration and use of the WJ33 platform is used solely for the following purposes:

• Member identity and age verification.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Keeping members informed about WJ33 promotions, updates, and services.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Platform improvements and user experience enhancements.

WJ33 takes our social responsibility towards member well-being seriously. We provide the following tools to help members play responsibly:

• Account Suspension: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the WJ33 platform if needed.

• Any financial or indirect losses arising from the use of the WJ33 platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Any failure, delay, or error in transaction processing caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet providers.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member themselves.

In all circumstances, WJ33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

WJ33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent referrals, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested verification documents.
• Termination request by the member via the self-exclusion option.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no activity.

When an account is terminated for valid reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining balance will be returned to the member after the necessary review is completed. For terminations resulting from a breach of terms, WJ33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and outstanding winnings.

WJ33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where significant changes are made, WJ33 will endeavour to notify members via in-platform notifications or email. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review this page periodically.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects when the latest version of these Terms took effect. Continued use of the WJ33 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions and all relations arising from them between members and WJ33 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the use of the WJ33 platform, or any related transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

Members agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through WJ33's official complaints process before initiating any legal proceedings. The official complaints process may be initiated via WJ33's customer support email.
